Estimates
Every estimate is free, no obligation. Estimates are based on what we see on site. The price is agreed before we start any work.
What can change your price
The quoted price can change if we find additional problems once we open things up. We will show you and get your approval before doing any extra work.
Scheduling and weather
We offer same-day service. We'll call you back within 30 minutes to schedule.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is done. We accept card and check.
Workmanship warranty
Workmanship is covered for 1 year. The warranty does not cover problems caused by improper use or damage after we leave.
Manufacturer warranty
Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed to you. We will help with claims.
Access and safety
We need driveway access for equipment and clear space around the house. Please move vehicles and keep children and pets indoors while the crew is on site.
Limits of liability
Our liability is limited to the contract price. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions we documented and disclosed to you, or for consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Licensed FL CFC1432288, insured and bonded.
